SLEEP PROJECT 2012 @SIX D.O.G.S.

Σε συνέχεια του πρώτου 8ημέρου / 24ώρου SLEEP PROJECT που παρουσιάστηκε στο Six D.O.G.S. τον Ιούνιο του 2011, φιλοξενώντας 5 καλλιτέχνες από διαφορετικούς κλάδους, ο πυρήνας του SLEEP PROJECT ετοιμάζει 2 νέα events στον ίδιο χώρο (Six D.O.G.S. Project Space) για την άνοιξη & το καλοκαίρι του 2012.

Το πρώτο θα λάβει μέρος από τις 23 Απριλίου έως τις 4 Μαΐου 2012. 4 μέλη της ομάδας Νοσταλγία θα ζήσουν και θα δουλέψουν στο Project Space για μία εβδομάδα (23-29/4) σε συνεργασία με καλλιτέχνες - επισκέπτες, καθώς και με καλλιτέχνες του εξωτερικού μέσω Skype & Live Streaming, δημιουργώντας ένα κοινό έργο το οποίο θα παραμείνει στον χώρο ως διαδραστική εγκατάσταση μετά τη λήξη της εβδομάδας (29/4-4/5).

Το κοινό θα μπορεί να επισκέπτεται το Project Space οποιαδήποτε μέρα και ώρα για τη διάρκεια του event, καθώς όλα τα στάδια της δημιουργικής διαδικασίας θα είναι εκτεθιμένα σε 24ωρη βάση.

Τα ονόματα των καλλιτεχνών καθώς και λεπτομέρειες για το έργο θα ανακοινωθούν στις αρχές του Απριλίου.

Following the first SLEEP PROJECT which took place in June 2011 at the Six D.O.G.S. Project Space, hosting 5 artists from various disciplines, the SLEEP PROJECT team is planning 2 new events in the same space for the Spring & Summer of 2012.

The first will take place from April 23^rd until May 4^th 2012. Four members of Nostalghia Theater Company (the host group) will inhabit the Six D.O.G.S. Project Space for the duration of one week (April 23-29) creating a work in collaboration with visiting artists and artists from abroad (communicating with them and projecting their work through Skype& Live Streaming). The final product will remain in the space as an interactive installation from April 29^th until May 4^th.

The audience will be able to visit the gallery and witness all stages of the creative process since the life and work of the artists will be exhibited on a 24-hour basis.

The list of artists involved as well as details about the artwork will be announced in early April.
